Refund policy

At BoxBliss, we want you to love every gift you receive. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.

1. 7-Day Return Policy

We offer a 7-day return policy from the date of delivery.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused and in its original condition.

  • The item must be in its original packaging.

  • You must provide proof of purchase (order ID or invoice).

Returns requested after 7 days of delivery will not be accepted.

2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Personalized or customized products.

  • Perishable goods (if applicable).

  • Items damaged due to misuse or improper handling.

  • Gift cards or promotional items.

3. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive:

  • A damaged product

  • A defective item

  • The wrong product

Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos and your order details. We will arrange a replacement or refund after verification.

4. Return Process

5. Return Shipping Charges

  • If the return is due to our mistake (damaged, defective, or incorrect product), we will bear the return shipping cost.

  • If the return is for any other reason, return shipping charges may be borne by the customer.

6. Refund Process

  • Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you about the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • If approved, the refund will be processed within 5–7 business days.

  • Refunds will be credited to the original payment method.

7. Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund:

  • Check your bank account again.

  • Contact your bank or payment provider (processing time may vary).
